- Set your workout days and times.
- You will be notified on workout days.
Life is busy. Don't lose track of your gym workouts
- Your workout days repeat week after week, but you can change them at any time.
- At the end of each week, you will be notified to verify your upcoming workouts.
It is easier if you have specific goals
- The workout days that are set at the beginning of a week define your weekly goal, for example 3 workouts at the gym.
- Your weekly goal cannot be changed during an ongoing week to encourage you to commit yourself to your goals.
Checking in at the gym is a bit like magic...
- First, enter your gym or its address. This will only be saved on your iPhone.
- As soon as you get close to your gym, Hit The Gym will be notified by your iPhone. Hit The Gym doesn't have to be open, not even in the background.
- If you have spent a certain amount of time at your gym, you will be automatically checked in. You won't notice a thing about it, you can focus on your exercise.
- You can check in at the gym from the beginning to the end of a day. However, try to stick to your time schedule and don't delay it.
